What data sources are required from implementation?

For a standard implementation of network analytics, our team requires the network syslogs, network topology, and optionally a collection of data fields from the SIS.

How is the data secured?

Our company uses the Higher Education Cloud Vendor Application Tool (HECVAT) to standardize our security documentation.  Our HECVAT is available for download in the Cloud Broker Index

Where is the data stored?

All of our data is stored in Amazon S3.

What is the implementation process like?

The implementation process involves two key components; data forwarding and network mapping.  Our implementation process is extremely quick and light-weight, and our clients’ main responsibility is to setup syslog forwarding to our S3 server.
